A large cannabis factory was uncovered last night (Thursday) after police executed a drugs search warrant.
Some 66 plants were seized along with a large amount of cultivation equipment from a house on Old Market Street in Thetford at 7.30pm.
An investigation has been launched into the factory.
Inspector Adam Hayes said: “This is a substantial seizure and has severely disrupted the criminal fraternity involved in the supply of drugs.
“This has kept drugs off the streets in Thetford.”
Anyone who knows of any suspicious activity in their community should contact police on 101.
Police in Norwich have launched an investigation after a woman claimed in a tweet she had knocked a cyclist off their bike.
