Dogs Trust Snetterton is celebrating the first anniversary of its training barn.
The space has provided vital support to the homeless hounds that pass through the doors of the charity, equipping them with invaluable skills for their new homes.
The barn has been used by training and behaviour advisors and canine carers to provide extra training and rehabilitation for the residents, particularly those with specific behavioural needs, to help increase their chances of finding a loving home.
Diane McLelland-Taylor, Dogs Trust Snetterton rehoming centre manager, said: “The Training Barn has allowed us to provide extra support to over 520 dogs that have gone off to loving homes since it was unveiled a year ago.
“It is such a great asset to our rehoming centre and it’s given us the facilities to address the specific needs of the dogs in our care.
“We feel incredibly lucky to have this space thanks to generous funding from private donors.”
