Free dance fitness sessions designed to help prevent falls in older people have spaces available for new members.

The Dance to Health programme, which is supported by Active Norfolk, aims to keep older people fit and independent for longer.

It is designed for people who have suffered falls in the past or are concerned about falling over.

There is now a limited number of spaces available at two sessions in Norwich.

The sessions are delivered by fully trained dance artists who combine physiotherapy with the fun energy of dance.

It aims to encourage people to become more active, and sessions are designed for beginners.

Sessions at the Costessey Centre, 1 Longwater Lane, Costessey, NR85AH, run on Thursdays, 10am – 12pm.

Sessions at the The Norman Centre, Norwich, NR3 2QZ, run Thursdays from 2pm – 4pm.
