Cromer carnival’s “royal family” has been added to after the selection of two junior attendants.

Allyse Cook, 13, and Tasmin Beshir, 12, who are both students at Cromer Academy, were chosen from 17 entrants aged 12 to 16 at the town’s Cottage pub last night.

They will join recently picked Miss Cromer Hayley Massingham and her senior attendant Erin Holroyd in during August’s carnival events.

This weekend the group will be completed with the prince and princess aged between seven and 11, who will be chosen at the town’s community hall in Garden Street from 3pm on Sunday.
