Despite it being the end of summer parts of the Norfolk coast were the hottest places in Britain today (Saturday).
Weatherquest weatherman Chris Bell said on Twitter today: “A real treat for Norfolk coast goers today. Weybourne (19.8C) and Cromer (19.5C) were the two warmest places in the UK on Saturday.”
Events in north Norfolk today included the 10th Greenbuild event at Felbrigg Hall, near Cromer, which attracted 1,500 people in the first hour.
The free fair celebrated everything to do with sustainable and green living and was organised by North Norfolk District Council.
It continues tomorrow between 10.30am-4.30pm.
About 250 people flocked to the Village Memories and Country Crafts Weekend at St Peter and St Paul Church, Honing, which continues tomorrow between 11am-5pm.
It included a display of vintage tractors and cars, a Shire horse, and historical memorabilia of the village.
One of the attractions tomorrow will be teddy bear parachuting.
The free weekend is in its fourth year and raises money for St Peter and St Paul Church and Crostwight church.
