Hosted by writer and broadcaster Jay Rayner, the programme was recorded in front of a packed Pavilion Theatre, with guest appearances from some of Norfolk’s own food stars, including Philip and Henry Search of Cromer coffee shop Henry’s, fishmonger Julie Davies, who gave a crab-dressing demonstration, and Masterchef finalist and former consultant paediatrician Tim Kinnaird, of Norwich shop Macarons and More, who made a crab-shaped macaron.

The show is recorded at locations all over the country, with Mr Rayner and a team of experts taking questions from the audience.

The panel also gives tips on food-related topics which, in the past, have ranged from producing the perfect pancake, to the correct way to store tomatoes.

The Cromer episode will be broadcast on May 5 at 10.30am.
