Three men and a woman have been arrested after police raided a home in Lowestoft yesterday (Thursday).

Officers executed a drugs warrant and searched a property on Cambridge Road, The four people were detained after an unknown amount of golf ball sized packages, containing white powder, were recovered.

An amount of herbal cannabis was also discovered, and money and drugs paraphernalia were also seized.

The men, aged 51 and 24 from Lowestoft, and one aged 26 of no fixed abode were arrested at the scene along with a 30-year-old woman, also from Lowestoft, on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply.

A police spokesman said: “They were taken into custody and interviewed. Two of the men and the woman have been bailed to return to the Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre (PIC) on Tuesday, May 20, and the third man, aged 24, was bailed to return to the Yarmouth PIC on Monday, March 26, to allow further inquiries to be carried out.”
