Firefighters from Sheringham and Cromer were called to a washing machine fire in Sheringham early this morning but it had been extinguished before they arrived on the scene.
The fire broke out in a machine in sheltered housing at Duncan Court, on the town's Barford Road at about 7.30am. No-one was injured.
