Police are continuing to investigate the death of a woman whose body was found in a home in Norwich.
Police were called by paramedics to a property in Shorncliffe Avenue, Mile Cross, shortly after 2.50am yesterday.
A woman in her late 30s was pronounced dead at the scene and a man in his 40s was arrested.
The death is currently being treated as unexplained and the property was yesterday sealed off while police investigated.
A policeman remained outside the house throughout the day yesterday.
The man who was arrested was taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre and was last night released on bail after being questioned by detectives.
A post mortem examination will be held in due course. The identity of the woman has not been revealed.
