Suffolk police have launched an operation against burglars

TWO men have been charged by police in connection with a burglary with violence incident at a home in Lowestoft.
The two men are due to appear at Lowestoft Magistrates Court this afternoon (Tuesday, September 25), charged in connection with a burglary with violence incident at a home in Raglan Street about 7.10pm on Saturday, April 21.
Steven Lee, 26, of Beckham Road in Lowestoft, has been charged with burglary with violence while Michael Lee, 34, of London Road South, has been charged with affray and assault by beating.
Michael Lee is also charged with burglary in relation to a separate shop break-in at premises in Oxford Road in February, where cigarettes and alcohol to the value of over £2,700 were stolen.
Both are due to appear at Lowestoft Magistrates Court from 2.15pm.
Police are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found in a garden pond today.
