Two men will appear in court next month charged in connection with an incident during Saturday's match between Norwich and Watford at Carrow Road.
Bronson Sims, 18, of Thame Road, Longwick, Princes Riseborough in Buckinghamshire, and David Bonner, 46, of Byron Road, Wealdstone, Harrow, in Middlesex, were charged with racially aggravated threatening behaviour.
Both men were arrested in the visitor's stand during the game and were questioned at Wymondham police investigation centre where they were later charged.
The suspects were released on bail to appear before Norwich magistrates' court on September 4.
