Police are appealing for information after tools worth around £1,200 were stolen from a business premises in Sprowston.

The burglars forced entry to the workshop of W S Lusher & Son Ltd, in School Lane, between 3pm on Sunday and 6.30am on Monday.

A hired Hitachi breaker, a hired Hitachi mini-grinder and a Bosch rotary hammer drill were stolen.

Officers want to speak to anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area during the times stated, or anyone with information about the burglary.

Anyone with information should call PC Cormac Harrison at Sprowston Police Station on 101.
