Sports fans are still in with a chance to get up close and personal with two boxing legends when they appear in Gorleston next week.
Former world champions Frank Bruno and Joe Calzaghe are coming to the Ocean Room on March 15 and tickets are still available for the evening of sporting entertainment.
The event has been organised by local businessmen Carl Moore and Leon Docwra, who have previously hosted boxing superstars Sugar Ray Leonard, Mike Tyson, Roberto Duran and Nigel Benn in the seaside town.
Mr Docwra said guests would be able to shake hands with the stars and talk with them face to face.
“They’re massive names,” he added. “This is a once in a lifetime chance.”
Mr Docwra said he and Mr Moore we’re aiming to put the borough “on the map” by bringing in such big names and they have future plans to host an Olympics night.
Tickets for the Bruno and Calzaghe night, which is being compered by ex-boxing champion John H Stracey, are on sale for £100 and £125 until tomorrow (Monday).
The price includes a three-course meal, a framed souvenir photograph taken with the boxers, a question-and-answer session and a chance to mingle with the stars.
To book call Mr Moore on 0791 9026341 or Mr Docwra on 07776 352450.
Nearly 3,000 people have supported a Facebook campaign demanding safety improvements on the A47 near Dereham set up after the latest fatal crash.
