Three people were arrested following an altercation near Diss town centre when a brick was thrown at a car and a pedestrian was struck by a car.
Officers from the Diss Safer Neighbourhood Team are appealing for witnesses following the incident in Mount Street between 7.45pm and 8.30pm on Wednesday, November 14.
A group of people were involved in an incident of criminal damage where a brick was thrown at a car and an assault, where a pedestrian was in collision with a blue Renault Megane Scenic.
A 23-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman from the Diss area, were arrested in connection with the incidents. They have since been released on police bail pending further enquiries. A second man was also arrested, but no further action is to be taken against him.

Police are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found in a garden pond today.
