Three men arrested after King’s Lynn assault

Three men have been arrested following an assault in King’s Lynn.

Officers were called at 1pm today after a man was assaulted on Kettlewood Lane, with reports that a knife was seen.

Two males, aged 15 and 18, from London, were arrested at 1.45pm, before a further man aged 50, was detained a hour later.

The three men remain in custody at this time.

The victim received a minor injury for which no medical treatment was required.

Inspector Jason Selvarajah, said: “Public safety is paramount and our specially trained officers led this operation.

“It is important that we respond swiftly to reports such as this in order to detain those responsible and protect the wider public.”

Enquiries continue.
