A charity box for the children's bereavement family Nelson's Journey was stolen from a property in Station Approach, Sheringham.

The theft happened between 10am on November 23 and 2pm the following day is among the crimes being investigated by police in north Norfolk.

A man walking through King's Arms Loke at North Walsham had a plastic Co-Op bag containing four cans of Stella Artois and a box of After Eight mints stolen by a person who ran off towards King's Arms Street, between 11.10pm and 11.20pm on December 3.

There has also been a spate of vehicle-related crimes in the East Ruston Road, Lessingham, where items including a sat nav device were stolen from cars in four separate incidents over December 1 and 2.

At Littlewood Lane, Hoveton, jump leads, a hammer and a fire extinguisher were stolen from a white Ford transit in the early ours of November 30, and the battery used to jump start another stolen vehicle connected to recent burglaries on the same estate.

A teleporter at Burgh Road, Aylsham had its battery stolen while parked in an open fronted barn between 5pm on November 29 and noon on December 1.

Police were also treating as theft the removal of a spindle from inside an outside door handle at Heydon Road, Corpusty between November 26 and 27.

A vehicle in Lynewood Close, Cromer also suffered stone chips to its bonnet and windscreen
