A 16-YEAR-OLD boy is due to appear at Lowestoft Magistrates Court this morning (Tuesday, September 4), charged with assault occasioning ABH and breach of anti-social behaviour order.
The teenager, from Lowestoft, is charged with assaulting an 18-year-old man at premises in Kirkley in the early hours of Saturday (September 1). The 18-year-old suffered cuts to his face and bruising to his face and arms in the incident.
The 16-year-old is also charged with breaching a curfew put in place as part of a anti-social behaviour order imposed by magistrates in April 2011.
He is due to appear before Lowestoft Magistrates from 10am.
