A 13-year-old boy needed medical treatment after being bitten by a dog while riding his bike.
The incident happened at 8.15am on May 19 in Wamil Way.
The boy was riding his bike along the cycle path and slowed down as he went to overtake a woman walking a Jack Russell-type dog.
As he went around her the dog jumped up and grabbed hold of the boy's leg.
He managed to brush the dog off and the woman said sorry before walking off towards Wamil Court.
The boy then realised that his leg was bleeding and had to attend the doctors to get the wound dressed.
Police would like to speak to a woman described as white, in her mid-forties, between 5ft 6in and 5ft 8in tall, with brown/greying shoulder length hair about the incident.
Contact: PC Alan Kemp at Mildenhall Police Station on 101 quoting reference MH/14/796.
