Fire crews from Dereham and Watton were called to the home on South Green at 1.20pm today to reports of a house fire.

Police said the blaze, thought to be in the bedroom, caused extensive damage.

Fire crews said they believe the fire to be suspicious, and CID and CSI officers were on scene to investigate and made house-to-house inquiries.

Police officers will visit the home owner tomorrow.
