Detectives in Norwich are appealing for witnesses following a robbery, in which two men and a woman forced their way into a flat and threatened the occupant with a metal bar.

The crime happened on Bank Holiday Monday, August 25, at about 3.10pm in St Martin’s Close, Norwich.

Norfolk Constabulary said two men and a woman cold-called at a flat in the street and forced their way in.

The resident, a woman in her mid-20s, was threatened by one of the men, who was armed with a metal bar.

She handed over cash and the suspects left the scene and headed towards Oak Street.

The female suspect is described as white, with a pale complexion, mid to late 20s, between 5ft 4in and 5ft 6in tall, of medium build with blonde wavy or curly hair which was pulled back in a ponytail or bun. She was wearing a pink and grey chequered style short coat.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the crime or noticed a woman matching the above description in the area around the times stated.

Contact Det Con Graham Finney at Norwich CID on 101 or call Crimestoppers, which is free and anonymous, on 0800 555 111.
