Exactly. It has fallen because people cant be bothered with plod anymore, and if they do catch them it is either a slap on the wrist, or "cant be named for legal reasons". >> Unless it is a motorist doing 32 in a 30 limit they are not interested. Plods war on the motorist continues unabated
