I want to complain about this content:

Neil - Did you think the now defunct NPA cost nothing. The expenses of its 17 members was £222K a year. Its CEO was on a annual remuneration package of over £140K. then of course there was a deputy plus all the rest of the full time staff. PCCs are going to be much cheaper than the giant it is replacing.
