Between 2.45pm on Wednesday, August 8 and 2pm on Friday, August 10, the victim was contacted by telephone regarding the purchase of the van and a credit card was used to make several payments towards the balance. Once the van had been taken those payments were stopped.

The van was then re-sold a few days later in Middlesex and re-registered. Police have since seized the van.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who recognises the man pictured in the image or has information relating to the incidents.

Anyone who can help should contact PC Matt Black at Norfolk Police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
