Police have issued a warning to locals to be vigilant and to take “extra security measures” after a garage was targeted for the third time in a space of a few days in Kessingland.
Someone attempted to break into the garage at Lloyds Avenue in Kessingland between 10pm on Tuesday and 10pm last night (Wednesday, February 20).
A police spokesman said: “This is the third time someone has attempted to get into the garage in recent days and extra security measures had been added following the first two attempts.”
In the most recent incident attempts were made to force one of the locks off the door.
Police are asking local residents to be vigilant for anyone acting suspiciously around shed or garages in the area and are asking anyone with information to call PC 1506 Coles on 101.
