POLICE are seeking witnesses after a spate of thefts of pedal cycles in Lowestoft.

● Two cycles – a ladies grey Claude Butler mountain bike and a ladies grey and blue Apollo mountain bike – were stolen from the back garden of a home at Spashett Road between 9am and 6pm on Tuesday, September 25. Information to the Lowestoft North Safer Neighbourhood Team on 101.

● A man’s black Carrera mountain bike was stolen from the cycle rack outside the HSBC bank in London Road North between noon on Saturday, September 22 and 7pm on Sunday, September 23. Information to PC 1646 Sillett on 101.

● A man’s black Giant mountain bike with red front forks and a blue bottle bracket was taken from Dixon Drive between 8.50am and 9.05am yesterday, (Monday, October 1), It’s thought the area would have been busy between these times and police are asking anyone who saw the theft or anyone with information about who took the bike or where it is now to call the Lowestoft South Safer Neighbourhood Team on 101.
