Police are seeking witnesses after a spate of criminal damage incidents in the Roman Road area of Lowestoft earlier this week.
Two cars – an Audi A3 and a Ford Focus – parked in Roman Road, were damaged between 6pm on Monday, December 16 and 8am on Wednesday, December 18. The Audi had a wing mirror broken off and the windscreen of the Focus was scratched.
A Nissan Almera, parked at Knights Court, had a back light broken between 6.30pm on Tuesday, December 17 and 8am on Wednesday and glass was removed from a wing mirror on a Skoda Fabia parked in Stanford Street between 5pm on Tuesday and 6am on Wednesday.
Another Nisssan and a Suzuki in Roman Road and a Mazda parked in Seago Street were among those that also suffered damage.
Police were called about 6.35pm on Tuesday, December 17 to reports of a group of youths running around causing damage to vehicles. Officers attended and have spoken to a ten-year-old boy in connection with one of the incidents while inquiries continue to determine who was involved in the other crimes.
