POLICE are seeking witnesses after three separate arson incidents in Lowestoft on Saturday (December 22).
The first happened in a bin store at Chapel Court in Factory Street between 7.20pm and 8.20pm. The communal bin area was broken into and damage caused to two wheelie bins in the fire.
The second incident happened at the back of homes in Burton Street about 11.20pm. An old and insecure shed was entered and items inside set alight. A neighbour spotted the blaze and the owner managed to put the fire out.
Another blaze happened at some point between 7.10am and 9pm on Saturday when a fire was started inside a brick-build shed at Oxford Road. Contents inside were destroyed before the blaze was put out by the fire brigade.
● Anyone who saw anything suspicious in any of these areas around the relevant times, or anyone with information about who started the fires, is asked to call PC 1698 Stimpson or the Lowestoft North Safer Neighbourhood Team on 101.
