The incident occurred on Reffley on, Tuesday, December 31, at about 12.10pm.

Two 11-year-old girls were playing in the Reffley Lane play park when they noticed the man acting suspiciously. Concerned by his behaviour, they decided to go home. The man left at the same time, walking ahead of them in the same direction towards the Reffley Lane shops.

Before reaching the shops, he turned down the alley-way towards Springwood and, as the girls walked by, indecently exposed himself to them. The girls immediately ran to raise the alarm.

He is described as white, in his 30s/40s, 6ft tall and of a medium build. He was wearing a grey Nike hooded top with a baseball cap underneath, blue jeans and grey/black trainers. He was also wearing thin framed glasses.

Anyone with any information should contact PC Ryan Kerr at King’s Lynn Police Station on 101.
