A man will appear in court tomorrow after police discovered cannabis being produced during a drugs raid in Costessey.

Officers searched an address in Bottom Breck Close, off Hall Road, on Saturday, December 29.

They seized a haul of 87 cannabis plants, as well as cultivating equipment, from the property.

Gary Budrey, of Bottom Breck Close, was later arrested in connection with the cannabis production and charged with producing a Class B drug.

The 46-year-old is now due to appear at Norwich Magistrates Court to answer the charge tomorrow.
