Police in Norwich are appealing for information after a flasher exposed himself to a woman who was walking her dog.

It happened in Thorpe Hamlet on Sunday at about 12.15pm.

The woman was walking her dog along Telegraph Lane East when she noticed a man who was exposing himself towards her.

The man is described as white, aged between 20 and 30-years old, slim and clean shaven. He was wearing dark trousers and a dark jacket.
