The man, who was with two women, became racially abusive and began to punch the window. He then hit it with a bottle, causing it to crack.
Police are keen to speak to any witnesses to what happened or to anyone who saw a man with two women in the area at the time.
Anyone who can help should call PC Gordon Rance at Norfolk police on 101.
