Police are appealing for witnesses following an assault outside a pub in Thorpe St Andrew.

Between 9pm and 10.15pm on Monday, January 14 two men became involved in an altercation outside the Buck pub, in Yarmouth Road.

A 21-year-old man was punched in the face, causing a small cut to his cheek.

The suspect, who fled towards the city following the assault, is described as white, about 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build and with brown hair and a heavy fringe. He was wearing a dark hoodie and jeans.
