Police are appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself in Old Catton.
The victim, a 38-year-old woman, was walking along Church Street between 6pm and 6.10pm on Monday.
She noticed a man running from Spixworth Road on the opposite side of the road.
The man then crossed the road and indecently exposed himself. He was described as 5ft 7in tall, of medium build and in his mid-20s.
He was wearing a dark woollen hat with an emblem on the front, a dark bomber-style jacket, dark baggy trousers and dark work boots.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information concerning the suspect.
