Police are appealing for information after two gates were stolen from a children’s play area in Old Buckenham.

The wooden gates were taken from The Green sometime between 8pm on Friday, 13 June 2014 and 9.30am on Saturday, 14 June 2014.

One was a pedestrian sized gate, approximately 1.5 metres wide, whilst the other was a vehicle sized gate, approximately 2.5 metres wide. It’s believed two to three people would have been needed to take the gates.

A fair and a beer festival were taking place on the green that evening and there would have been a lot of people in the area.

Anyone with information should contact PCSO Laura Key from the Attleborough Safer Neighbourhood Team on 101.
