Police are appealing for information after two homes in Wacton, near Long Stratton, were burgled during the Bank Holiday weekend.

The incidents took place at homes in Hall Road some time between the morning of Saturday, May 3 and the afternoon of Tuesday, May 6. In both cases, entry was forced via ground floor windows.

Men’s gold jewellery, including a gold-coloured wrist-watch with ‘Randells’ inscribed on the rear, was stolen from one property, with two motorcycle helmets - a black Arai RX&GP with flame motif and a FM blue helmet in a dark Arai drawstring bag - stolen from the second.

Police are keen to hear from anyone with information about the offence or the stolen property.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Det Con Andy Vinsen at Norwich CID on 101.
