Detectives are appealing for information after a burglary in Walpole Highway.

They say an address on Mill Lane was targeted sometime between 12noon and 3.30pm on Tuesday.

The suspect or suspects entered the house through an open window and carried out an untidy search of the ground floor. A quantity of cash and a watch were taken.

Police would particularly like to hear from anyone who may have seen two visitors to the property earlier in the day.

The two men are both described as white, of skinny build, in their mid 20s, clean shaven and pale, wearing dark coloured hooded tops and black baseball caps.

One is described as 6ft tall, the other 5ft 8inches tall. Both men had dogs on leads and made off on foot.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who saw either the burglary during the afternoon or the male visitors at the address earlier in the day.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact Det Con Emma Cross at King's Lynn police station on 101.
