Park benches were ripped up and fence panels damaged during a spate of vandalism in Wymondham.

Police are appealing for information following three incidents of criminal damage.

On December 6 between 7.30pm and 7.55pm two benches were uprooted and damaged and three wooden fence panels were knocked down at the Priory Gardens bowls club in Back Lane.

Five fence panels were damaged in the same location between 8.30am on November 30 and 8.30am on December 1. Four park benches were ripped out of the ground at the Priory Gardens in Middleton Street between November 16 at 5.15pm and November 17 at 9am.

Anyone who witnessed the incidents, saw any suspicious activity in the area during the times stated or has knowledge of the incidents should contact Wymondham SNT or 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
