Officers are appealing for witnesses following an anti-social behaviour incident close to Duke Street in Norwich city centre last weekend.

Between 6.30am and 6.55am on Saturday, May 17 a woman in her early 30s was crossing over from St Augustines to Duke Street, close to St Crispins House, when she was approached by three youths on bicycles.

The youths, who were all wearing ‘V for Vendetta’ masks - a white mask of a man’s face with black eyebrows and a waxed pencil moustache and goatee beard - with dark coloured hooded tops and jeans, circled the victim several times making hissing sounds and causing her some distress.

The youths were all described as white and aged in their late teens to early 20s.

PC Hollie Fisher, Norwich Police, would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or has information concerning it. PC Fisher can be contacted on 101.
