Norwich teenager to appear in court following bag-snatch incident

A 19-year-old Norwich man will appear in court next week in connection with a bag-snatch incident.
Loui Buttigieg, of William Kett Close, Norwich, has been charged with theft following an incident in Bishopgate on Thursday, August 2.
He is alleged to have snatched a bag from a bench before running from the scene.
Buttigieg will appear at Norwich Magistrates Court on Thursday, August 16.
