Norwich City goalkeeper Mark Bunn has been banned from driving for six months.
The 28-year-old did not attend a hearing at Norwich Magistrates Court and has been given the ban in his absence.
Bunn, whose address was listed as The Quays, Salford, had been accused of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of an Audi when required to by police on March 11.
He was convicted of the offence in his absence on September 6 but already had 10 penalty points on his driving licence so a disqualification was considered yesterday, with no one representing him in court.
Bunn, who has played for the Canaries 28 times since signing in August 2012, had six points added to his licence and was disqualified from driving for six months.
He was also ordered to pay a £1,000 fine, £80 costs and £100 to the victims of crime fund.
