Norwich City striker Cameron Jerome is to appear in court having been charged with a number of driving offences, including using a mobile phone at the wheel.
Jerome, 31, who joined the Canaries in 2014, has denied using a mobile phone while driving a Land Rover on the Old Watton Road, Norwich, on March 24 this year.
The former Cardiff, Birmingham and Stoke star has also pleaded not guilty to using a motor vehicle on the road without third party insurance and driving a vehicle otherwise in accordance with a licence on the same day.
But he has admitted an offence of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver when required on May 4 this year.
Jerome, of South Avenue, Norwich, will appear at Norwich Magistrates Court on March 19 next year for a case management hearing.
He has scored a total of 42 goals in 136 games in his City career to date.
