Anti-social behaviour, youth alcohol abuse and drug use will be discussed at an upcoming public meeting in North Walsham.
Peter Edge, town councillor and landlord of the White Swan pub, said townsfolk were becoming ever more fed up with the increasingly common problems.
Mr Edge said that while anti-social behaviour went on around the central Memorial Park, the issues were more widespread. He said police, local politicians, businesses and the wider public were all invited to discuss how to improve matters.
He said: 'This will be an open forum where everybody can say what they think.
'There is a lot going on in the park but it's all through the town as well.
'We need to get to the bottom of it, start at the roots and work our way through. It's the same the country over, but I care about North Walsham.'
The meeting will take place at The Atrium in Spencer Avenue on Wednesday, September 19 from 7pm.
