Norwich Magistrates’ Court heard today how Rosemary Fabb ran the dog breeding business between April 17, 2016 and February 3, 2017 from her home in Carr Lane, Roughton.

Fabb was also charged with 13 counts of failing to ensure the welfare of poodles and chihuahuas in her care between January 30 and February 2 this year, which she denies.

The 76-year-old also denies another charge of causing unnecessary suffering to a poodle by failing to properly groom and feed her between February 1 and March 7.

The case was adjourned for a case management meeting on December 14, pending a later trial.
