A Norfolk man has been charged with a number of historic sexual offences against children and adults in the county.
Michael Souter, of Low Bungay Road, Loddon, has been charged with 18 offences relating to male children, plus an offence against a man and an offence against a woman, which are alleged to have taken place between 1979 and 1999 in Norfolk.
The 59-year-old is due before Norwich Magistrates Court on Friday, November 30.
