Green Party councillors are calling for action to be taken on drivers who put cyclists and pedestrians at risk.

Norfolk County Council has allocated £315,000 to the Norfolk Road Casualty Reduction Group to improve driver skills.

Green councillor Andrew Boswell said he welcomed that cash, but said: “Some of the money should be spent finding better ways for incidents of aggressive and poor driving to be reported, and followed up.

“I would like to see a dedicated website set up where such incidents can be reported by the public with anonymity knowing that they will be fully investigated by the local constabulary.”
