Man receives lip and head injuries following an assault in Sheringham

A man has received a cut, swollen lip and swelling to the back of his head following an assault in Sheringham.

It happened on March 1 between 10.15pm and 10.40pm outside the Windham Arms, on Wymondham Road, when two men were involved in an argument.

One man was punched in the face, causing him to fall to the ground, and the victim received a cut and swollen lip and swelling to the back of his head.

Police are now appealing for witnesses and officers would like to speak to anyone who may have seen what happened or anyone with further information.
