A MAN has been jailed for two years and three months after punching a man in the face and biting off part of his ear.
Mark Turner, 39, of Euston Road Great Yarmouth, pleaded guilty to unlawful wounding and was sentenced at Norwich Crown Court on Tuesday, July 24.
Turner attacked a 41-year-old man in Great Yarmouth’s King Street on Friday, March 2, at about 5.25pm.
The victim had to undergo plastic surgery after the attack.
Turner’s 27 month sentence was minus 136 days already sent in a cell on remand.
Terrorism returned to the streets of London today as two suspected Muslim fanatics butchered a man in broad daylight in the name of “Allah”.
