A man had his mobile phone and iPod Nano taken in Lowestoft after he was approached by a robber who appeared to holding a knife,

The 23-year-old victim was in Water Lane between midnight and 12.30am today when he was approached by a man who appeared to be holding a knife and asked him what he had on him.

A second man then asked the victim to turn out his pockets. The victim handed over his iPod Nano and a black Sony Xperia Miro mobile phone.

The two robbers then walked off in the direction of St Peter’s Street.

The first suspect was between 5ft 8in to 5ft 10in, of average build and was wearing a dark face cover and a white hoodie.

The second man had a similar build and was possibly slightly shorter and wearing a dark hoodie.
