Man charged with possession of cannabis after arrest in Norwich city centre

A 39-year-old man arrested in the city on suspicion of drug offences has been charged.
Officers detained a man after he was seen acting suspiciously in St John Maddermarket, off St Andrews Street at about 3.40pm on Thursday.
Stratis Kyriacou, of Throckmorton Yard, Norwich, was questioned before being charged with possession of cannabis.
He has bailed to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on February 21.
