A 47-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency after a man was spotted acting in an indecent manner in a Lowestoft park.
Police officers travelling along the A12 about 3am on New Year’s Day (Tuesday, January 1) saw a man near the entrance to Belle Vue Park, near the top of The Ravine, and stopped their vehicle.
The 47-year-old man was arrested a short time later, taken into custody and interviewed by officers before being bailed to return to police this Sunday, January 13.
